Pocahontas is my all time favorite in the whole wide world so when i finally brought the new version it just made me love this movie even more!! If this movie wasn't already sad enough, the new version just made me cry even more! Its unlike any other fairy tale story I just love how they don't even say i love you once but you can tell they're crazy for each other and when they sing the song "if i never knew you" proves it. THIS MOVIE IS BRILLIANT!! I love it!

I think the orginal is good but sinse I saw the restored version,its even better! I love the new scene If I Never Knew You,I don't know why they took it out in the first place.The song really express the love and feelings that Pocahontas and John Smith feel for each other.Im glad that Disney put it back in the movie,because for the longest time the movie was not complete.They just deleted it just like that,which was a mistake.And now the song is right where it belongs,in the movie.

Pocahontas is my 2nd favorite Disney movie next to Mulan and I really love the new scene for Pocahontas, though the animation’s a bit bad =[ However, they do blend the new scene flawlessly so that’s good =] I love the lyrics and Mel Gibson has a beautiful singing voice, and Judy Kuhn obviously. But I think the scene is a bit touchy for kids to see. But other than that, I love it <3

New scene comments? I love it!! Pocahontas is my absolute favorite Disney movie (and one of my favorites of all movies), and to see this scene that was missing for so long back in the movie is such an amazing thing. I've watched the new version every day since I got it last week, and I may never go back to the theatrical version. I will agree with the reprise animation though, John Smith does look a little funky. What are the chances of having the movie re-released in theaters? LOL :)

Personally I think that the songs should not be added to the actual movie but as a special feature on the disc. By all means have them fully animated and finished but sometimes they throw the movie out of sync.
