A tour of Atlantica

The next morning the trio woke up and faced the day.

First Ariel took Melody and Eric to the marketplace.

They rode the shell-a-coaster, went of the seahorse merry-go-round and played a round of bowling.

Then Ariel came to the shops.

She went up to a stand a saw the most beautiful necklace.

Oh Eric isn't that the most beautiful necklace.

Yes, what is it made out of?

Looks like sea silver and aquamarine stones.

The merchant looked at her and said you are correct lady Ariel.

How much for it asked Ariel.

For you 25 sand dollars.

I'll take it thank-you.

No thank-you lady Ariel.

After they left the Market place Ariel took them to her secret grotto.

Wow Ariel this is amazing, you found all these things under the sea asked Eric?

Yes, Eric, and this is the last thing I found before I saw your ship pass over the top of my grotto. She pointed to the Snarfblatt which was actually a pipe for smoking.

Would you like to show me where I swam up and saw you?

Yes that would be nice.

Well then come on.

They exited the grotto and swam up to the surface.

As they came to the surface Melody and Ariel both flicked back their hair and sprayed the air with water.

Right over there is where I saw your ship Eric.

I watched the fireworks go off; I had never seen anything like them before. They were so beautiful.

Then Ariel did her jumps in and out of the water as she usually did. Followed on her side by Melody while Eric swam underwater.

Ariel watched her daughter jump in and out of the water and thought to herself, " I wonder if Melody will ever come back home with us."

After that Ariel showed Eric the place on the beach where she had left him and where she had hid when Grimsby came up and got Eric.

Eric didn't need to be told where this place was for he knew exactly what Ariel was talking about.

Ariel, do you really think that is the best idea.

I have to show Melody her home so she can realize how not everything in the sea is good.

Melody thought to her what is my parents talking about.

As Melody traveled with her parents past the erupting volcanoes and seaweed forests, they reached the place and Melody at that moment knew what her parents. Were talking about.
