Hey, it's the return of small-time villains Lobster Mobster and Da Shrimp, who were introduced in the previous episode. I've gotten strangely attached to this duo, or more specifically, to the adorable comic delivery of Da Shrimp. Ariel takes something of a backseat to the duo in this episode. In this episode, the Count and Countess of Clambefescue (I'm totally making up that spelling, I have no idea what their name actually is) arrive in Atlantica. They're nobility, so of course they're friends with King Triton. They've brought with them their twins, whom Ariel thinks are adorable. Triton offers to take the Count and Countess for a tour of the kingdom, but that would mean leaving the twins without a babysitter... But of course, Ariel happily volunteers. The twins turn out to be a naughty little blighters, and quite the handful. Sebastian can't control them either, despite his insistence that he's good with children. The twins manage to break free from their sitters and head out into the marketplace, where they become the targets for Lobster Mobster and Da Shrimp. The villainous duo want to use the twins as hostage, since the Countess has a gorgeous pearl necklace Lobster Mobster would like to have. It ends up being an old-fashioned farce comedy, with the twins causing trouble wherever they go and to whomever they're with, rather like Baby's Day Out, only underwater-fied.
