Daring to Dream

Jump in the Line

Oh man, it's a Sebastian-style cover of "Jump in the Line", a classic calypso song originally sung by Harry Belafonte, and memorable to me for its use in the film "Beetlejuice". I'm guessing they decided to cover this song because it is a classic, and writing something to that calibre would be near impossible?

Sebastian sings this song in a secret underwater club, and this musical scene was shared on the promo circuit as the earliest preview of "The Little Mermaid III" before it was retitled as "The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning". There's also an acapella version later on in the film with Jodi Benson joining in.

Catfish Band:
Shake, shake, shake Senora, shake your body line
Shake, shake, shake Senora, shake it all the time
Work, work, work Senora, work your body line
Work, work, work Senora, work it all the time

Sebastian:
My girl's name is Senora
I tell you friends I adore her
When she dances oh, brother
She's a hurricane in all kinds of weather

All:
Jump in the line rock your body in time
Okay, I believe you
Jump in the line rock your body in time

Shake, shake, shake Senora, shake your body line
Work, work, work Senora, work it all the time

Jump in the line rock your body in time
Jump in the line rock your body in time
Rock your body, child
Jump in the line rock your body in time
