The Magic of Love

This is Odette's solo number of the second Swan Princess movie. If you watch this film back-to-back with the first, you'd probably notice that Odette's singing voice has changed somewhat. It's softer, sweeter, and is provided by Michelle Nicastro, who was the speaking voice of Odette all throughout the trilogy. This song shows that Odette feels that Derek has been neglecting her. The lyrics are all right, the music is terrific but Odette comes off being a tad whiny. The lip-synching is hilarious in this scene, but (ironically) Odette looks her prettiest here. Of note, they use clips from the first movie as "flashbacks".
