This song, which was originally part of the the mini-album "Ariel's Christmas Under the Sea", immediately follows the previous song ("Christmas in the Ocean") with Ariel inviting the listener to join her to a special island just for Christmas. There's a lovely Hawaiian/lazy beach sound to this song, which is an unusual choice for a Christmas-themed song, but perhaps more welcome for that.
Oh, now that I've learned how to celebrate Christmas in the ocean, why don't we all imagine that we're on a magical island? Our very own Christmas Island! Oh, so we can all celebrate together.
