Perfect Revenge
Ursula's younger sister Uliana is sort of the villain in "Descendants: The Rise of Red", so she and her crew get a villain song to express (1) Uliana's chip on her shoulder and (2) her compulsive need for revenge on a schoolmate whom she feels has done her wrong and needs to be put in her place. The song has some similarities of vibe with Uma's own villain song from "Descendants 2", which makes sense.
